Exceptionally comfortable hotel, all of the staff were AMIABLE and amicable, stunning location by the big avenue. Had good-sized and fairly quiet room with private bathroom, and I couldn't ask for more. Location: the property was short walk to the center of Miraflores, and the beach and other attractions in Miraflores. I liked the local cuisine in the restaurant.

The Small Double Room was cozy and comfortable, ideal for my solo getaway. The flexibility in extending my stay was a fantastic perk that set this place apart.

The layout has a fair amount of stairs, which can be a bit taxing after a long day exploring. Though nothing else stood out as a downside, it would have been nice to have more amenities available during my shorter stay.

An charming house in a quiet area, but, oh wait, no hot water at all due to a power cut? Astonishing! And please, I expected an upgrade or at least some complimentary truffles after that inconvenience. Almost wrote a glowing review, but just couldn't.

What a gem! Good staff and amazing service-Renzo's tips and bike borrow made exploring easy! Enjoyed a delicious breakfast with local flavors, and the decor was fine. The room was comfortable, perfect for a peaceful stay in the city. Can't wait to return!

The hotel is located just a block away from a major avenue, providing easy access to local shops and restaurants. The atmosphere is tranquil, nestled between two quiet streets. The facilities were excellent, and the cooked-to-order breakfast using local ingredients was a good bonus.

This hotel was wonderful for our one-night stay, with a clean unit that had a shared TV and a private bathroom, plus a nice restaurant on the premises.

The hosts are accommodating and friendly, always ready to help. Breakfast is ample with excellent variety, and the communal kitchen adds a homey touch. Minor noise can be an issue from traffic, though it hardly detracted from a wonderful experience.

Just a balanced option for a flash visit in Lima with great value-to-price ratio. The rooftop breakfast was superb and offered lovely views. Try to ask for an inner room to avoid traffic noise.

The place is just a block from a major avenue, super close to the beach, and the breakfast was fantastic with a sweet woman preparing all sorts of yummy dishes. The staff like Jakori really were very good too.
